We couldn't have asked for a better experience! Every hotel in the world should have someone like "Olaf", who made us feel special at all times, whether at the bar, the restaurant, the cigar bar. He was incredibly professional, well spoken, a real gentleman who made us feel like we had our own personal concierge!! All of the staff spoke English and were amazing, but no one stood out more than Olaf! If I owned a chain of hotels, I'd be trying to hire him away from you!!!

this is close to the central railway station and when you get there, you are greeted by warm and helpful staff. our luggage as taken to our room while we booked in. our room was very comfortable and clean. The location makes it easy to get to town and the information centre. The bedding is comfortable. Would stay here again in an instant.

We only had a quick overnight stay so the location was excellent to the train station. Also easy walking distance to the old town. Room was spacious and had everything we needed for a 1 night stay. Check in was quick and everyone was very friendly and helpful with referrals for dinner options and directions to Mercedes museum.

Great location across from the main station. Staff was very helpful, they arranged a taxi for us and also lent us some sissors and tape to secure a package for our flight home. Rooms were clean and great showers.
